Dynamic sophrology® is a method which helps improving our daily well-being and optimising our potential by using physical and mental relaxation techniques as well as dynamic exercises.
Exercises are simple and practised in mindfulness. Special attention is given to breathing.
Regular practise leads progressively to the harmonization of body, mind and emotions.
Patients are encouraged to progressively practise by themselves and get hold of the method in order to use it ”à la carte” , depending on their individual needs or desire of the moment.
